Cancellation Policy

Song Assistance If you cancel your appointment, 50% of your payment will be refunded. The remaining 50% is a deposit fee and is non-refundable. You may reschedule at no cost up to 4 hours before the booked time. If you are late for the booked video call, please be courteous and text me! There is no charge for lateness; however, you only have 2 hours! Once your time is up, it's up! Chorus/ Hook, First Verse, Second Verse Completions If you cancel these services, 80% of your payment will be refunded. The remaining 20% is a deposit fee and is non-refundable. Full Song Completion If you cancel this service, 60% of your payment will be refunded. The other 40% is a deposit and is non-refundable. Please be advised: If I cannot complete your chorus, verses, or song or have difficulty writing the lyrics for either, a FULL REFUND will be sent to you. If you are unsatisfied with the lyrics, 75% of your payment will be granted. The remaining 25% will be kept for my time. NOTE: If you advise me you are unsatisfied with the lyrics, you cannot record the lyrics as your own. The contract between you and I have been voided. The lyrics are under my ownership once the payment has been refunded. I am flexible. If you want to work on the song together, you can book an appointment via text or email free of charge. This is only if you booked a previous service and were unsatisfied. This will be a 2-hour slot (Chorus and Verses), and 75% of your payment WILL NOT be refunded. If you are still unsatisfied, 60% of your payment will be refunded. For a Full Song Service, it will be a 4-hour slot free of charge, and 75% of your payment WILL NOT be refunded. If you are still unsatisfied, 50% of your payment will be refunded.
